HORSERADISH SPREAD 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
3 oz. pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
8 oz. sour cream
5 oz. prepared horseradish
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Optional for garnish: purple kale or lettuce (looks nice)

Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water; let stand 1 minute. Dissolve lemon flavored gelatin into 1/2 cup boiling water; add unflavored gelatin mixture, stirring until dissolved. Add sour cream, horseradish and mayonnaise, stirring until blended. Pour mixture into a lightly oiled 4 cup mold; cover and chill until firm. Unmold on purple kale, lettuce etc.

This is a nice light spread that is wonderful served with beef tenderloin or ham! Enjoy!
