BEEF BARLEY SOUP | |
1 tbsp. oil 1 lb. ground chuck 2 tbsp. flour 4 c. water 4 beef bouillon 1/2 c. barley 1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes 1 onion 2 carrots, diced 2 ribs celery, diced salt and pepper In soup pot, put the oil and get hot. Add the ground chuck; brown and drain. Stir in the flour, then add the water, beef bouillon, barley, tomatoes, onion, carrots, celery and salt and pepper. Cook about 1 hour until veggies are done. |
