CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. Jiffy crunch peanut butter
2 lg. eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. salted peanuts
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 inch square baking pan. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer or wooden spoon; beat in peanut butter; add eggs and beat well. Stir flour and baking powder together; add to peanut butter mixture and beat well.

Stir in vanilla, peanuts and chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into 16 bars. Makes 16 chocolate peanut butter bars.
