CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 - 4 lbs. chicken breast
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
8 oz. spaghetti noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
13 oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. American cheese
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. mushrooms

Saute onion, green pepper, and mushrooms and retain in bowl. Boil chicken breasts until cooked. Keep 1 cup of chicken broth. Cook spaghetti in remaining chicken broth and drain. Combine all ingredients except for 1/2 of cheddar cheese. Put into 9 x 13 inch baking dish and put cheddar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let settle 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
