CORN COB JELLY 
12 corn cobs cut in pieces
3 pts. water
1 box Sure Jell
3 c. sugar

Cover corn cobs with 3 pints water; boil it slow for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Strain 3 cups juice. If not enough add water. Add Sure Jell, bring to a boil and add sugar. Boil 3 minutes or until jelly stage. Skim and put in jars.
