2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes (plain) 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Dash of garlic salt 1/2 c. onions, chopped (can substitute dehydrated) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated 2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed Defrost potatoes and mix everything together. Put Corn Flakes on top if desired. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. To reheat put in 200 degree oven for 1 hour. |
