LIME GELATIN MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 tall can crushed pineapple
1 pt. sour cream
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, chopped
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool slightly and add pineapple (juice included). Add sour cream. Mix well, then add cherries and nuts. Pour into a greased mold and refrigerate. Unmold on large plate, garnish with lettuce.
