FROZEN PARFAIT SALAD | |
1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened Yellow food coloring (3 or 4 drops) 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 ripe banana, sliced 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 3/4 c. chopped walnuts 1 1/2 c. non dairy whipped topping Gradually add mayonnaise and sugar to softened cream cheese. Add food coloring and mix well. Fold in fruit, marshmallows, nuts, and whipped topping. Spread into 8 x 12 inch dish and freeze until solid, at least 5 hours. Let stand 1.2 hour before cutting into serving. Makes 12 (2 1/2 x 3 inch) servings. |
