MIXED GREENS WITH DUMPLINGS 
1 lb. mustard greens
1 lb. turnip greens

Clean, boil with bit of pork until tender.

DUMPLINGS:

1 c. cornmeal
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

Mix ingredients in bowl. Boil water; then, lower flame while you drop mixture in hot water, forming small balls of dumplings in water. When greens are tender, add dumplings and heat greens and dumplings over low flame for 20 to 30 minutes.
