CHOCOLATE CRACKLES | |
4 sqs. unsweetened chocolate 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. powdered sugar 2 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. chopped nuts Melt chocolate. Add oil and 2 cups powdered sugar. Mix well and add the other ingredients except for the last 1 cup powdered sugar shown above. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight. Shape into small balls and roll in the 1 cup powdered sugar. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. DON'T OVERBAKE. |
