POPPY SEED ORANGE JUICE MUFFINS 
1 1/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt (plain)
1/3 c. softened butter
1 egg
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. orange peel
2 tbsp. orange juice

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In bowl mix all dry ingredients. Add all other ingredients until moistened. Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin cups. Bake 17-22 minutes or until lightly browned.
