POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 c. chopped pecans
6 eggs
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 c. plain flour

Cream sugar, Crisco and cream cheese. Add eggs alternately with 2 3/4 cup of flour. Add vanilla then fold in nuts, butterscotch and remaining flour. Bake about 1 1/2 hours at 325 to 350 degrees. Check the cake after 1 hour.
