ENCHILADA 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese
salt, pepper & garlic salt to taste
1 onion, grated
corn tortillas, about 15-18
1 pkg. Williams chili seasoning
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. water

Brown meat, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. (Save enough cheese to cover top.) Set aside.

Mix seasoning, cooking oil, flour, salt, and water. Bring to boil. Dip tortillas in chili gravy until soft, fill with meat mixture, roll and place in baking dish. Pour remaining chili gravy over all. Cover with grated cheese.

Bake at 350°F until cheese melts.
