FETTUCINI MILANO 
1 lb. mild Italian sausage, sliced
3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
2 c. green onion, chopped
1 c. chopped parsley, fresh
1 tsp. sweet basil, crumbled
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. butter
Hot fettucini or spaghetti noodles
Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown the sausage thoroughly. Remove from the pan and drain on absorbent towels. Saute mushrooms, garlic, green pepper, onion, parsley and 2 seasonings in melted butter and oil until green pepper is soft. Remove from heat. Stir in sliced pieces of sausage. Toss with hot fettucini or spaghetti, adding grated Parmesan cheese.
