FAMILY OMELET 
8 slices white sandwich bread, cut into sm. cubes
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 lg. eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Grease a 9"x13" baking pan. Layer half the bread cubes on the bottom of the pan; top with half the grated cheese. Repeat layers. Mix remaining ingredients together; pour over bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
