RANCHO BEANS 
1/2 c. oil
2 c. chopped onions
2 lbs. ground meat
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 lb. can pork and beans
1 lb. can kidney beans, drained

Heat fat. Add onions and simmer. Add beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients. Pour in big casserole and bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
