RITZY CHICKEN 
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/4 can chicken broth
Salt and pepper

Combine butter and crumbs, blend well. Spread half of mixture in 2-quart casserole, cover with chicken. Combine sour cream, soup, broth, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
