NO-COOK FREEZER CORN 
This recipe came from a Grainger county tomato girl. I tried it because she was a good cook and very particular with her canning and freezing, So much easier. I first tried half the recipe to make sure we liked it.

20 cups corn (cut off the cob)
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup salt (I use canning salt)
5 cups ice water

Mix sugar and salt together. Stir in ice water. Pour over corn. Let set about 5 minutes. Stir good.

Dip out with slotted spoon into freezer bags. Freeze.
