EVA'S CORN PUDDING | |
2 (11 oz.) cans Niblet Golden Sweet Corn 1/2 c. sugar (or sweeten to taste) 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1/2 stick butter Dash or 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in baking dish. Drain corn, put in baking dish. Take one measuring cup - put egg in first then add milk until it reaches the 1 cup mark. Pour liquid into corn. Add sugar, black pepper, salt and flour. Stir until all ingredients are mixed. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until firm and golden. |
