BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
6 to 8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. butter

Arrange chicken breasts in a 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Combine soup and water in a small mixing bowl. Pour over chicken breasts. Sprinkle grated cheese first, then stuffing mix over chicken breasts. Melt butter and drizzle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes.

Serve with rice (optional).
