CHOW MEIN SPECIAL 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger
Salt and pepper
4 stalks celery
1 med. onion
2 cans chicken noodle soup
1 can water chestnuts
1 can bean sprouts
1 can fancy mix vegetables
Chow mein noodles
Soy sauce

Brown (saute) hamburger, salt and pepper, celery and onion. Add 2 cans chicken noodle soup, water, chestnuts, bean sprouts and vegetables. Stir and mix together. Serve on chow mein noodles. Add soy sauce if desired.
