SAVORY BREAD STUFFING 
3/4 c. celery, chopped fine
2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
3 tbsp. butter
1 qt. bread cubes (soft)
1/2 tsp. savory
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook celery, onion and parsley in butter until tender. Mix lightly with remaining ingredients. Bake covered during last hours of roasting turkey. Makes 4 cups of dressing, uncooked.

Allow 1 tablespoon chicken or turkey broth per cup of uncooked dressing for a more moist dressing.
