WANG TONGS 
1 lb. ground beef
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped cabbage
3-4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. wang tong wraps

Brown the ground beef and drain. Add onions, cabbage, and soy sauce. Simmer 5- 10 minutes. Wrap 1 1/2 teaspoon meat mixture in wang tong wraps and secure with a toothpick. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
