SWEET POTATO WHIP 
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/3 c. Pet milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine main ingredients, cover with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until topping is firm.
