6 med. size sweet potatoes
5 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. brown sugar
Pinch of salt
Cream
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Marshmallows

Cook sweet potatoes and mash. Add butter, eggs, brown sugar, and salt. Then whip; add cream as you would in regular mashed potatoes. Mix in 1/4 cup nuts and stir. Sprinkle 1/4 cup nuts on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle marshmallows on top and brown.
