1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. oil
1 cut up chicken (or may be used on beef or pork)

Saute onion in oil, stirring occasionally. Combine catsup, brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce and pineapple, then add onions. Stir well.
