BLUEBERRY SNACK CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. almond flavor
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

TOPPING:

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cream butter and sugar; add egg and beat well. Mix flour and baking powder together and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk mixed with almond flavor. Beat until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Pour into greased 8"x8"x2" pan. Mix together cinnamon, sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
