1 pkg. Knorr French onion soup mix
1 can beef consomme
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
Celery flakes
Water, as on the back of the Knorr pkg., minus the consomme
Parmesan-garlic toastetts
Grated Mozzarella cheese

Cook together the first 5 ingredients for 40 minutes. Put in soup bowls. Add toastetts. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Put bowls under the broiler until the cheese melts. Serves 4.
