RESTAURANT STYLE CAESAR SALAD 
1/3 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
8 c. torn Romaine lettuce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 tube Anchovy paste
Fresh ground pepper
Croutons

Place lettuce in large salad bowl. Cover with fresh ground pepper and cheese. Sprinkle with croutons. Mix all other ingredients with mixer or in blender. Pour over salad and serve.
