RESTAURANT CHEESECAKE 
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

FILLING:

1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs

Mix together the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Press onto bottom of pan and put in refrigerator. Mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth and soft. Add lemon juice, vanilla extract and eggs and mix well.

Pour into the crust and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven until cool. Can be topped with whipped cream and cherry sauce or blueberry sauce (pie filling).
