APRICOT CONGEALED SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. apricot Jello
1 (8 oz.) c. crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. 7-Up
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. pecans

Dissolve Jello in 1 can hot 7-Up, cool. Add 1 can cool 7-Up. When it begins to thicken, add sour cream and whip. Add nuts and pineapple. Turn into mold and chill. Easy and refreshing!
