ORANGE SHERBET SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sherbet and allow to melt. Add fruit and chill until set.
