CRAB DIP 
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sweet table cream
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. crab meat

Melt butter. Slowly add flour and blend to a smooth paste. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. When mixture comes to a boil, simmer a few minutes. Add seasonings and blend thoroughly. Gradually add grated cheese and stir until completely melted. Add crab meat and stir in gently, so as not to separate lumps. Heat thoroughly and pour into well buttered casserole. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
