3 or 4 sweet potatoes (peel and cook)
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder

Mash potatoes (best to use mixer) add other ingredients. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.
