GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 med. potatoes (sliced thin)
2 carrots (sliced thin)
1 tsp. onion
1 sm. can mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt

Brown beef in skillet on top of range. Spread evenly in bottom of casserole dish. Add potatoes, carrots, onion and salt. Add mushroom soup evenly over top, place in oven. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Good warmed up.
