SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. (4 oz.) cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together and roll into small balls. Place 1 inch apart on slightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly brown. Remove from baking sheet immediately. Keeps well in freezer and can be made ahead of time. Just take out and warm up. Good, good!
