RELISH 
4 c. cabbage
4 c. green tomatoes
12 green peppers
6 sweet red peppers
1/2 c. salt

Grind cabbage, tomatoes, peppers, then measure. Mix with salt and let stand over night. Drain and rinse well, drain.

1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. mustard seed
4 c. sugar
4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. tumeric
2 c. water
1/4 tsp. green food coloring

Mix well and bring to boil. Put in jars and seal. This is good on hamburgers, beef or ham sandwiches.
