COLORADO LOOSE HAMBURGERS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 can condensed tomato soup
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. celery seeds
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Hamburger buns

Brown meat in oil in a large skillet. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly until vegetables are done (about 1 hour). Spoon onto hamburger buns. Makes 15-18 hamburgers, depending on how much goes on bun.
