DOUBLE BAKED POTATOES (Casserole) | |
4 lbs. potatoes 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. salt 1/4 c. chives 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 tbsp. butter Pepper and garlic salt or garlic powder to taste Boil potatoes, drain and mash. Whip all ingredients together with electric mixer. Grease casserole, pour in potato mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Can be made ahead, then covered and refrigerated. |
