SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 sm. onion (sm. pieces)
3-4 sticks celery (sm. pieces)
1/3 c. green pepper cubes
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 can water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco sauce
2 pkgs. frozen shrimp
1 sm. can baby sm. peas

Saute onion, celery and green pepper in bacon grease. Add tomato soup, water, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Heat until bubbling. Add 2 packages frozen shrimp and small can of baby small peas. Serve hot over rice.
