HOT CLAM STUFFING 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 lb. butter
Oregano to taste
1 med. onion, minced
Parsley
1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese, to taste

Simmer clams in juice (5 minutes). Add butter, oregano, parsley and onion. Simmer 5 to 8 minutes. Add bread crumbs, cheese and mix. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve on crackers.
