HOT! CORNBREAD 
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
1/4 c. oil
3 beaten eggs
6 jalapeno peppers, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until blended.

Lightly grease an iron skillet and pour corn batter into skillet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 - 40 min. Serve warm with butter.
