4 egg yolks
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. Brandy
3/4 c. heavy cream, whipped

Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and lemon colored. Fold in the orange juice, Brandy and cream.
