MOCHA ALMOND BARS 
BARS:

2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. sweet (no salted) butter
1 egg
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 c. sliced almonds

GLAZE:

3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1-2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13"x9" baking pan. In 3 quart mixer bowl combine all bar ingredients except almonds. Beat at low speed, scraping sides of bowl often, until well mixed (2 to 3 minutes). Stir in almonds. Press into greased pan. Bake near center of oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

Meanwhile, in small bowl combine all glaze ingredients; stir until smooth. Drizzle glaze over warm bars. Cool completely; cut into bars.
