POKE CAKE SUPREME 
1 white or yellow cake mix

Bake in 13 x 9 1/2 inch pan. Cool 15 minutes and poke cake with fork at 1/2 inch intervals.

Dissolve 1 package strawberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Spoon over cake and cool.

Dissolve 1 package strawberry Jello in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 1 package frozen strawberries and stir. When soft set, spread over cake and set. Top with whipped topping. You can use other flavors of Jello and fruit such as peach Jello and peaches.
