BUTTERMILK FRUIT SALAD | |
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. vanilla instant pudding mix 4 c. buttermilk 16 oz. whipped topping 1 (20 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 2 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained 2 med. apples, diced 1 c. of maraschino cherries halved 1 c. pecan halves Prepare pudding mix according to package directions using buttermilk in large bowl. Add whipped topping; mix well. Fold in fruit. Fold in pecans. Spoon into airtight container. Chill until serving time or up to one week. May add additional fruit cocktail is desired. |
