CHAR SUI 
5 lbs. pork butt
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. 5 spices
MSG
1 tsp. red food coloring
2 bean curd
1 tbsp. sesame oil
Salt to taste

Cut meat into 1x2 inch strips. Mix next 6 ingredients and stir into meat. Add salt. Let stand in refrigerator 2 days. Stir occasionally. Spread in single layer in flat pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn and cook 30 minutes longer or until done.
