CHICKEN BREAST WITH CHOPPED BEEF 
1 sm. jar or pkg. dried beef
8 slices bacon
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup

Place torn up beef in bottom of baking dish. Wrap bacon around chicken and place on beef. Mix sour cream and soup, pour over chicken. Do not add salt. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325 degrees.
