EGG CUSTARD 
1 c. sugar
1 c. can milk
2/3 stick butter
3 egg yolks

Melt butter, mix with 1 cup of sugar. Mix 3 egg yolks with sugar and butter; add can milk and mix well. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

Beat white of eggs to make meringue; add 1 tablespoon sugar for each egg white. Brown lightly.
