CHRISTMAS BREAD 
2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
2 pkgs. yeast, dissolved in 2 c. warm water
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 lb. fruit cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
12 to 14 c. flour

To the above mixture add 3 cups flour, 1 pound fruit cake mix, 1 cup chopped nuts and 12 to 14 cups flour. Knead 10 minutes. Let rise until double (about 1 hour). Put in 4 greased loaf pans and let rise again. Bake in 300 degree oven about 1 hour.
